Cut out eating junk foods such as sweets, crisps, cake, chips, chocolate bars and takeaway foods. Try snacking on fruit and nuts such as almonds.
If you have to have some chocolate go for dark chocolate with a high cocoa content and eat a couple of squares a day. You will find this makes a huge difference in your sugar and fat intake.
Try swapping fizzy drinks that are loaded with sugar to carbonated water and splash of fruit juice for flavour.
Start making these small changes to your diet and you will soon have more energy and feel healthier. Your body will work better and more efficiently due to the increased fibre.
Just Exercising Is Not Enough
Keeping fit and losing weight does not just depend on doing exercises, diet also plays an important part in improving your health an helping you shed weight. Just exercising and eating a poor diet will not give you the results you seek.
